Make sure you have the highest grade you deserve!

bulletI entered about 1000 grades in the past two weeks, sent and received over 1500 emails, and organized 17 classes. I put in many grades late at night or on weekends when I was tired. I could have made mistakes or you could have named a file wrong, sent it to the wrong address, or saved it in the wrong place.
bulletI grade off the Samba drive which is your "My Documents" area. If you haven't saved a file to this area, you may have received a zero for the assignment. Remember, to back up your files here at the end of each day.
bulletLook especially at your "Clean up and Organize Computer" grade. If it is less than an 8, I had problems finding files or folders and you need to organize My Documents better so I can find your assignments. If you need help, ASK! Organization in this class is one of the most important skills you will learn.
bulletHidden prize 4/16: Add a note on the bottom of your email, saying "I want to get the highest grade I deserve."
bulletAs you read your grade sheet or Infinite Campus, here are some notes:
bulletPts - means total points.
bulletScore - means how many points I gave you. DOUBLE CHECK ANY THAT HAVE A 0 (ZERO).
bulletComments is a specific to your assignment.
bulletDescription is general information about the assignment.
bulletIf you feel we need to talk about any or all of your assignments, send me an email that says, APPOINTMENT in the subject. Tell me which assignments you want to review (or your whole grade) and why. I will talk in the order I get your email.
bulletYes, you may still receive some credit for any assignments you are missing.
bulletIf you find or correct an assignment (at any time) that I have already graded or put in a zero, you need to send me an email with the assignment as an attachment and what you did to fix it. In the Subject include the Assignment Name and "Please grade again."

Here is the link to the common assignments for you to review your work: Common Assignments. I added text to help you check on what you should be looking for.
